If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned:
– Unworn, unwashed, and unused
– In their original condition and packaging
– With all tags still attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Include your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
– Items showing signs of wear or damage
– Items returned after the 14-day period
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
