Refund Policy

We stand behind VitalDrops with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

1) How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your results, email us at contact@rossacasa.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. Opened bottles are accepted. You do not need to justify your request.

2) How refunds are processed

Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

3) Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

4) Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the shipment if it has not left our facility.
