How do I choose my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Our pieces are designed with a sculpted fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs £X. Orders over £Y benefit from free shipping.

How do I return an item?

You have 15 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Contact us at contact@rossacasa.com to initiate a return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, subject to availability. Email contact@rossacasa.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at contact@rossacasa.com.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
