Shipping is free on US orders over $40, which includes every pack (Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free). Single-bottle orders ship for $5 with insurance and tracking. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 business hours.
Delivery: 4 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you order. Once a parcel has left our facility we cannot redirect it.

VitalDrops is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your results, email us at contact@rossacasa.com within 90 days of delivery and we will refund you. Opened bottles are accepted, because we would rather you actually try it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days once your request is approved. Your bank may take a few extra days to display the credit.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email contact@rossacasa.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
